Newtown Public Library

The Newtown Library is located at 201 W. Bishop Hollow Road, in the municipal complex that includes the police station and township building. The library is open every day but hours vary. The library is closed on Sundays during Summer months. Visit the library's website for more information on library services.

Newtown Township Historical Society

The Newtown Township Historical Society is an all volunteer, non profit community organization. Visit the NTHS website for more information on activities, the history of Newtown Township, a list of endangered buildings in the township and how to become a member.

Newtown Square Railroad Museum

The Pennsylvania Railroad operated passenger service from Philadelphia's Broad Street Station to Newtown Square from 1894 to 1908. Freight service terminated in 1965. All that's left of the old Newtown Square station is the freight station, which was relocated in 1999 and later opened as a museum.
